ProtectMyTable, part of VERGOO BV, with its registered office at Industriestraat 9, 2500 Lier, Belgium, and registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0747820609 (RPR Antwerp, Antwerp division) (“ProtectMyTable”, “we”, “us”) collects data when you create an account (“Account”), place an order, send us an email, or when you use our website ‘ProtectMyTable.com’ (“Website”) or our social media (together the “Services”).
You may not always be aware of it, but the use of our Website and/or Services implies the sharing of personal data. According to the legal definition, personal data is any information by which a natural person can be identified or is identifiable (“Personal Data”). 9. Retention and Deletion of Data

If you register an Account, we will retain your Personal Data even if you temporarily stop using your Account, until you permanently delete your Account. Until you delete your Account, we may retain and use your Personal Data.
10. Third-Party Websites or Applications
You acknowledge and agree that by using the Website or the Account, you may gain access to certain content or services provided by Third Parties. In that case, a separate privacy policy of such a Third Party may apply. ProtectMyTable is not responsible for a Third Party's privacy policy nor for its compliance.

Where applicable, this Privacy Policy may be amended or updated to allow ProtectMyTable to process your previously collected Personal Data for new purposes. In that case, you will be informed via a notice on our Website that the Privacy Policy has been amended and you will be asked to agree to it.
