How to order your table cover from ProtectMyTable?
The dimensions you choose are the exact dimensions the tablecloth will be cut to. Therefore, no extra overhang or margin is included.
You can choose from 4 different shapes:

Circle: If you choose a round tablecloth, provide the exact diameter of the table surface. A surcharge of 5 euros will be applied. |

Ellipse: With an ellipse, the corners of the tablecloth are so heavily rounded that no side is straight. NB: Unsure if your table has an ellipse shape? Then contact us. A surcharge of 5 euros is charged for this shape. |

How will my tablecloth be shipped?
Your tablecloth will be carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube box. This ensures it arrives safely without folds or creases.
Unsure about the color or material?
Not convinced about the color or want to feel the quality first? Order your sample for just 1 euro, including shipping! Samples are sent by letter post and may therefore arrive a little later than our regular packages.
Heat and UV Light
Our PVC tablecloths are primarily intended for regular indoor use.
Heat: Everyday contact heat – such as a coffee mug or a lukewarm plate – is generally tolerated without any issues. For pots or dishes coming directly from the stove or oven, using a trivet is the safest choice.
Sunlight: Normal light exposure through windows has virtually no effect. However, prolonged placement in direct outdoor sunlight may cause the material to slightly discolor or become a bit firmer over time.
Which shapes can I order?
We cut your tablecloth exactly to size. By default, you can choose from rectangles, circles, ovals, and ellipses. Do you have a special shape – for example, a rounded L-shaped table or a playful kidney shape? Then email us a DXF file with the correct dimensions, and we will cut the cloth precisely according to your file.
What material are the tablecloths made of?
Our transparent tablecloths are made of flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) without harmful plasticizers.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order — you can easily order without one.
The advantage of having an account is that you can track your order afterwards.
How do I keep my tablecloth clean?
Our tablecloths are easy to clean with a damp cloth and, if needed, a mild pH-neutral cleaning agent. For stubborn stains, you can try removing them with non-acetone nail polish remover.
Be careful with printed materials, strongly colored spices, tomato sauce, ink, and flowers: always wipe away spills immediately to prevent permanent discoloration. Any remaining marks can be masked with a little sunflower oil to restore the shine to the matte surface.
Glass, lacquered, or stone table?
Do you have a glass, lacquered, high-gloss, or stone table? Then we recommend using a matte tablecloth. With a transparent tablecloth, air bubbles can form between the tablecloth and the table surface, which can make it look less aesthetically pleasing.
Will my tablecloth be cut to size?
At ProtectMyTable, we make your tablecloth entirely to measure, in the desired thickness, width, and shape. Thanks to our advanced CNC-controlled oscillating blade cutting machines, we cut each tablecloth with the utmost precision so that the end result fits your application perfectly.
Please note that PVC is a living material: a minimal variation in length is possible due to natural shrinkage over time.
Is my tablecloth food-safe?
Our tablecloths are safe for contact with food and contain no harmful substances. They meet the strictest standards and are REACH-compliant.
